Blah.  I am tired of it.  I am going on Sparkpeople meal plans for a while.

File Under Not Worth It.

Apparently anything at all at TGIF.

I got the black bean burger.  I subbed a salad instead of fries.

I don't know how many points I ended up with but according to their website I ate 31 points.  That's a whole day worth of food for the only vegetarian entree in the house.

Screw you, TGIF.

1. What are your plans for Independence Day?  Maybe a BBQ.  Otherwise, we will probably stay inside most of the day and avoid the 96 degree forecast

2. What is the last thing interesting thing you drank? Kefir.  YUM

4. Name someone or something that makes you smile. Deven.  My son is a never ending source of awesome.

5. What will you/did you eat for lunch today? A burrito with corn salsa and guacamole

6. What's the last movie that you watched and enjoyed? We watched Back to the Future recently.  Lovely

7. Share something sweet and unexpected that someone did for you recently. My husband and son came home with flowers when I was feeling really down.

8. If you could spend ten days on vacation anywhere in the world, where would you go? London.

9. What are you currently reading? 30 Day Vegan Challenge.  I don't think I will be taking the challenge, but I am going to make some of her recipes my own.

Pre-Weigh In Post

I know that I am going to have a gain. Probably a very substantial one.  I feel like this week has mostly been out of my control.  My face is still hurting. I still can't eat exactly the way I would prefer.  I'm just doing my best, you know?

I am going to keep working the WW program.  Tomorrow, I am going to start trying to walk the dog again.  It's crazy hot out there so I don't know how much I can do.  When my heart beats too hard, it throbs in my face, but I am going to do as best I can.  I don't want to be 220 lbs.  I am sick from it.

It's been a terrible out of control week.  I've been hungry, barely able to eat the things I usually do.  Less fruit, less veg. Less protein.

I can't let this keep me from reaching my goals any longer.

I can do this. YES I CAN.
