My computer is up and down while Raj assembles the new machine. Mostly down.

Here is for today and yesterday.

I'm starting to get somewhere. Also, now I have lost 20 lbs.

I woke up late this morning. So I only did a 30 minute workout. Right now, I am planning on doing another 1 hour workout tonight.

Digging deep with impressive results




Today, I just didn't have it. It being the strength to work out. So I dug down deep and FOUND IT. From somewhere. Enough to do 2 separate workouts, bringing my day's total to 1.5 hours.

Also, Friday's weigh in showed a gain of 1.5 lbs. I didn't mind, I knew what I did, and how it happened.

If you were to disregard that weight gain, as of this morning, I am down 2 lbs even.

All in all, I am pleased with my decision to rock the South Beach.

I'm getting it done, but I have a bit of a cold, so I have been pretty much phoning it in.

I'm sure I will get a lot more enthusiastic as time goes on. Right now, it seems like such a big task.
