Today, I just didn't have it. It being the strength to work out. So I dug down deep and FOUND IT. From somewhere. Enough to do 2 separate workouts, bringing my day's total to 1.5 hours.
Also, Friday's weigh in showed a gain of 1.5 lbs. I didn't mind, I knew what I did, and how it happened.
If you were to disregard that weight gain, as of this morning, I am down 2 lbs even.
All in all, I am pleased with my decision to rock the South Beach.
